The FSquared Foundation is the charitable arm of FSquared Ltd. The Foundation shares FSquared’s passion for raising the bar on social value with a focus on social innovation and social investment. We aim to prevent and reduce poverty by enhancing the impact of organisations who make a difference to people's lives.

Our Mission is to …inspire ethical leadership; promote creative collaborations; challenge convention; release social innovation; and drive out dynamic enterprise to achieve the highest ethical and effective impact from the use of social spend and assets.

We deliver on our vision and mission by creating innovative new approaches that deliver maximum social value from available resources. Some work is grant funded but we fund some projects ourselves.  We take the lead on some projects but work in partnership on others. Our work to date includes:

Emotional Resilience in the Workplace – promoting creativity and resilience amongst staff to help organisations to manage change proactively in challenging times. A focus on employee engagement empowers individuals and teams to achieve their full potential making the most of staff resources.

Consultants with a Conscience – a pilot time bank project that demonstrates the business case for donated consultancy support to support growth and development in the third sector by making previously untapped resources available from the small business community

The Imagine Initiative which makes the most of funding and social investment through creative collaborations between funders and applicants

The Foundation is supported by FSquared and FSquared Foundation Trading.  FSquared donates support equivalent to 10% of pre-tax profits. We have access to their fantastically talented and creative team who support project development and delivery. They provide us with a home, IT, phones, tea and coffee and all the other day-to-day essentials.   FSquared Foundation Trading gives us 100% of their profits. This gives us the financial freedom to innovate and develop new initiatives.
